getting error now because process.env.PINNING_SERVICE_ENDPOINT is not defined. see https://github.com/search?q=org%3Aipfs+PINNING_SERVICE_ENDPOINT&type=code

I'm guessing I need something similar to https://github.com/ipfs/js-ipfs/blob/74aee8b3d78f233c3199a3e9a6c0ac628a31a433/packages/ipfs/.aegir.js#L89
