具体可看图，只要点击到站内网站标题，就一定会返回到网站最顶部。
在火狐76和Chrome85浏览器上都有此现象，
在https://iplaycode.github.io/nav/#
网站中也会出现，希望可以解决此问题，不然不小心点到标题，页面就回到最开始的顶部，用起来不方便！
