设置窗口拖拽限制及窗口分割线显示问题 #639

1、对分割窗口拖拽没有限制，导致拖拽的时候会将一部分按钮给隐藏掉，窗口是不是可以增加拖拽限制，使得窗口上现有的按钮不会拖拽出窗口。
2、窗口的分割线不是很明显，是不是可以讲窗口的分割线设置的更清晰一些。
