Can't locate Bio/SeqIO.pm in @inc

BioPerl I guess?

Yes. BioPerl, and whatever the program is that imports command line arguments (Getopt::Long)

GetOpt::Long will come automatically with Perl

I wonder if can pass bioPerl path in command-line args.
