ros2 version fadecandy_ros

Hi,

I've ported the fadecandy_ros driver to ros2 in a fork https://github.com/eurogroep/fadecandy_ros/tree/ros2.

Can someone create a ros2 branch, so I can create a pr to merge the fork in this repo? @jonbinney @wongkaiweng @venkisagunner93

FYI; for the time being we created a ros2 branch with a 1.0.0 release here:

With a release repo:

Also created a PR for a humble release:

@reinzor I dont work at Iron Ox anymore and I dont have access to Iron Ox upstream. I would still like to contribute to the project.
