RUSE tgv files won't open in 0.9.0 #23

RUSE files dont have the 16 bit checksum at the start, and as a result won't open correctly. They also have the header '1' instead of the assumed '2'

This can be fixed by removing the checksum read and editing the expected header, and I have done so locally and exported correct dds images
