[FR] 'Strikethrough text' button in Github comments and descriptions

In places like PRs, issues, etc.

I get a bunch of options but not a strikethrough one:

Just to clarify, you can manually strikethrough text by surrounding your text with ~, like this: ~hello~. But I agree that a button will be helpful

As a note, this is already implemented in the official app, but not the web UI.
