Standard ps4 controller works, but nacon controller does no sign of life. Is possible to get it working?

tested a bootleg DS4 last week

it had USB protocol issues (aka: the problem wasnt even on the DS3/DS4 driver, it was on the USB Driver)

I bet this one has a similar issue...

It only not responds? or behaves as if up DPAD has held
