I used the device in the library "Clestial Altium Library - altium_library.DbLib - Connectors - Coaxial RF" with design item ID 073412010110 on a PCB and had problems with shorts between nodes. I traced it back to what I believe is a mismatch between the silk screen indication of pin 1 and the real, mechanical orientation of the purchased part. This is because the notch on the real part doesn't actually indicate pin 1 (see images).
This is hard to trace because I can't find documentation of the Molex device that shows the mechanical structure, so I took some pictures to verify. Note that in the model image the mechanical notch that vendors will use to align the part is next to the silk dot, as expected. However, the real structure has the notch away from the center pin. This causes shorts between the center pin signal and ground when the part placed, effectively, rotated.
I don't know if this requires a simple rotation of the model in the library or a change of the silk indication method (there's a triangle under the part that should maybe be moved to the opposite corner)?
