Given the way that PowerShell handles line endings, we corrupt the JSON files that we are converting and thus include a \r character that affects the offsets (and coverage reporting). We need to find a way to strip these characters or recalculate the offsets differently, as this may be a Puppeteer issue originally but needs further investigation.
