[Workshop] The tags of workshops are not saved after the creation and editing #2711

Environment: Windows 11 Pro, Google Chrome 131.0.6778.86 (64-bit)
Reproducible: always.
Build found: 4e92880

Steps to reproduce

Go to https://pozashkillia-test.iea.gov.ua/#/
Log in as a SP;
Go to my workshops page;
Select a workshop and click the edit button;
Go to the line with the tag;
Note the result.

Actual result
The tag line is empty and does not contain the information entered when creating the workshop.

Expected result
Selected tags are saved and displayed each time the workshop is edited

Labels to be added
"Bug", Priority ("Priority: Medium"), Severity ("Severity: Major").

Shliakhtych added bug priority: medium severity: major labels

Shliakhtych assigned DmyMi and Shliakhtych
