@iteles which biodegradeable diaper liners have you bought/tried?
Totally understand that having disposable liners can be seen as defeating the objective of reuseable diapers.
However I would counter-argue that the reason that many people don't even consider using reusables
is that they don't want to even think about "processing" poop. #27 (comment)
I know I would muuuuch rather plant 100+ trees (or pay someone else to plant+manage those trees) to "offset" the resources consumed and carbon emitted than spend several minutes each day on "processing" diapers... 💰 vs. ⏳
Obviously if everyone thinks this way about everything in life the logical conclusion is a disposable culture ("Throw-away society") ... dystopian future with garbage mountains 🤦♂️
But seriously, if the choice is between using totally disposable (1000's of years to decompose) mostly plastic diapers (e.g. Huggies, Pampers, etc.) vs. Reusables with Biodegradable liners; it becomes a much more compelling decision.
