Change dvc extension publisher to iterative #58

Currently, we have the following specified for dvc extension publisher in extension/package.json:

"publisher": "todo-dvc",

Publisher field is used for publishing to VSCode marketplace.

See Publishing Extensions for more info.

@shcheklein you will need to register new iterative publisher.

Then DVC extension name should look as follows:

dvc-installed
