In DicoEurostagNamingStrategyFactory, if the eurostag-naming-strategy-dico is not found in the config file, no error message is given and a "standard" naming strategy is used. An error message should be given in the log (because there is no reason why the user has chosen this factory without giving the section in the same config file).
