左下角-搜索运行-输入%UserProfile%,在里面新建一个文件.wslconfig填写以下内容:

[wsl2]
memory=8GB
processors=4
swap=4G
localhostForwarding=true

然后终端：

wsl --shutdown

然后再重启一下Docker
