Expose coverage information #330

We should expose the gathered coverage reports on this project.

Either we use the current istanbul output (which needs to be rendered a bit different then) or do this after the jest upgrade.

Possible services to expose it:

codecov.io (first choice to look at)
coverals.io (seems less active)
