Filter `Show Active File Only` not working #4

When I first tried this extension, I could see that the problems were flagged in the actual Perl File:

However, nothing showed up in my Problems View:

👉 My Filter settings are set to show the problems in my active file only:

As soon as I turn that setting of (to show the problems in ALL files), they do show up in the Problem View:
