File names are too long - they don't need to contain the Course name.

Long names prevent saving some files in some subfolders where the entire path name will become too long.

You can easily change the file name pattern using the Chrome extension.
The default is:

#{course} #{sectionIndex}.#{lectureIndex} #{lecture}

I suggest you delete the #{course}.
