⚠️ Please check that this feature request hasn't been suggested before.
I searched previous Issues didn't find any similar feature requests.
I am only requesting a single feature. Multiple changes should be split into individual requests, with links between them.
I believe my requested feature will be generally applicable to other users, not just me: it is not uniquely tied to my personal workflow.
🔖 Feature description
By double clicking an event that is imported from a remote calendar, Day Planner should create a new Task with the same text as the title of the event.
✔️ Solution
Double click this to create a task that can be edited in Daily Note.
A simple UI change (like adding a checkbox to the event) to distinguish that the remote calendar event is now a local task
❓ Alternatives
This is not for making any changes in the remote calendar, just a quick way to get calendar events, which are already read, into the Day Planner section of a daily note.
A double click seems the quickest way to do this.
