Axis Labels

I need a way to add a label to an axis.

Do you have any thoughts about the best way to go about accomplishing this?

Should plaid-axis optionally take some label text and position/display it?
Should we add plaid-text and have the axis yield text that could be appended to its group? Something like:

{{#plot.left-axis values ticks=6 as |axis|}}
  {{axis.text 'This is the label text'}}
{{/plot.left-axis}}
