Background

It is clear that whatever the outcome of the frameworks review, any new frameworks are unlikely to be embedded until October 2025. In other words, any exercises taking place between now and then will be using existing frameworks. Following conversations with Matt, late June 2024, we will pivot slightly on the Merit list work to focus initially on making a basic merit list available on the platform with permutations for more complex exercises managed off platform.

A basic merit list at each point it is required will be visible on screen and it will be possible to download a report with additional columns.

This work will broadly entail 3 iterations:

o v1 = Improvement of Sift & SD tasks allowing SETs to upload scores to platform, draw the line and...
o v2 = adding additional columns to merit list for download
o v3 = allowing panellists to input scores

V4, including moderation is not part of this epic and will come later.
