Clicking the link to "https://s3.amazonaws.com/jsevart-web/waldo_public.pdf" returns:

Unfortunately I cannot fork & fix, as the issue is with S3 ACLs.

Fixed, thanks. I corrected a typo in the submitted essay (whoops!) and didn't realize the ACL wouldn't carry over.
