Exception thrown when failing to load configuration of incompatible backup

The server had mostly been patched with XFP but when trying to rollback using an CMS package it crashed. The expected result was that it should not have found any backups to rollback to.

The GDrive extension was not loaded in the CMS meteor.json config file.
