Support for external stylesheets and templates is a huge plus -- at the moment there seems to be pandoc.less in ~/.atom/ folder.

It's not really "user-friendly" to edit assets directly there.

I haven't looked too much into Atom package stuff; so I'm unsure if there's support for this kind of feature.

Utilizing pandoc's data-dir may be useful in this regards. At the moment, pandoc options with URL args don't seem to fallback to data-dir. See: jgm/pandoc#1191
