Climate change(Global Warming) means changes to temperature on and around the Earth’s surface, which causes long term shifts to weather patterns. It is causing ice sheets and glaciers to melt resulting rise in sea levels. Also weather shifting across the globe happens due to to it. Such like heavy-floods and cyclones in some regions while draughts and heat-waves other regions.
