In order to support Maven-built projects, it would be very helpful to mavenize 
the package. I could probably do this myself.

I'm not a big fan of Maven, but I guess this is a must for an Apache related 
project.

Please do not hesitate to contribute a pom.xml for this if you want! Otherwise 
it might take a while (at least until I upgrade this to CXF 2.7)
