Indiana is out-of-date #2

I'm really appreciative of this data being available, but want to point out that Indiana has had a lot of changes since 2004. The whole state now observes DST, for one thing, and some counties have moved back and forth between EST and CST.

I haven't found a good source for replacement data, will let you know if I do.

I appreciate you pointing that, sorry for not responding to this.
Not being the canonical source, its incredibly hard to keep things up to date at a massive scale, and every little bit help. thanks.

I’m not entirely sure what you’re looking for, but time zones are defined in US DOT regulation. I’m sure the Indiana stuff is in there.
