Very Skippy on Safari

Just wondering if this is only happening on my Safari browser.. or is others receiving the same issue. The parallax background slides very skippy when it slides to different sections..

I just checked it in Safari and I encounter the following:

When I just, and only just, use the mouse for navigation through the website("single page") I don't encounter the problem.

But when I click on a menu item, let it scroll to the page I want it to be on, and then start scrolling it is very skippy indeed.

I am currently still developing a website for a client with the use of the Cool Kitten framework and fixing some issues. I will keep you updated!
