Setting both results in some transcripts being reported twice

  1. We match an interim transcript and resolve the gather
  2. We stop sending audio to Azure but leave the connection open
  3. Next gather starts we again send audio to Azure
  4. Now it sends us a finalized transcript with same data as (1)
  5. We resolve the second gather with the same transcript provided in the earlier one
