Slider position is not updated when clicking the pane. #196

This bug was introduced in 0.7.5.

Basically clicking in a pane area scrolls the content but the slider position is not updated.

Use requestAnimationFrame and CSS 2d transforms if available

Btw, thanks a lot for the RAF, it improved performance by a great margin <3.

Ok, did a fix for this. Please test and if everything is ok I'll release a new version.
