RoslynTools.MSBuild.16.x.x-alpha.nupkg packages are missing VC folder and wrong folder name for python tools #5

I have extracted nupkg and found the following:

.tools\msbuild\16.x.x-alpha\tools\MSBuild\Microsoft\VC is missing
.tools\msbuild\16.x.x-alpha\tools\MSBuild\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v16.0\Python%20Tools.

Notice %20 in the second point.
