Thanks for now allowing to disable external links, I've gotten many real URLs from that, incl. scammy/malware sites etc. — so the local links are wiser choice if ever used as example content.
Question is, wouldn't it be better for all the external links to actually only link to example.(org/net/com) to avoid any trouble? That could also be HTTPS by default.
(Or, say, something harmless as nyan.cat or so, if the reserved domains sound too boring…)
