Missing Windows kernel32 method: OpenEvent #1048
Comments
As you may have noticed in the issue tracker, feature requests have a tendency to stay open. JNA gives you the tools to access native code, it is not a magic toolbox, that "just works". If you need it, feel free to bind it and I'm willing to review. If you need help, please use the google group to ask for support. |
Ok, it is christmas, so please have a look at PR #1049 - does that look right to you? |
That sounds good. Is there already a plan when a new version will be released that includes this change? |
I'm planning to merge this and release 5.2.0 around christmas. |
Thanks for that. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. |
The PR is merged and 5.2.0 is released. |
Java Native Access Platform 5.1.0 (jna-platform-5.1.0.jar)
Class com.sun.jna.platform.win32.Kernel32
This class does not have the OpenEvent method, but the kernel32.dll does.
Thank's for add it in the future.
