Hello everyone!

I thought this was area likely to be the best place to share custom layouts that you have built. Feel free to post a thread with your custom layout.

Your custom layouts can be exported by hitting the export button from within Fantasy Statblocks settings. If you have any custom CSS, please include that as well.

Please confirm that the licensing and publishing of the statblock you are making allows you to publicly post it. There are some publishers that specifically prohibit sharing of exact styles and trade dress.

When you say custom layouts I assume templates? I was thinking of doing a similar thing for the NPC building I was working on where users could use/add alternate templates.

Basically, yep! You can create custom layouts in settings, then define which layout you want a statblock to use to render.

I created a simple Dungeon World Layout based on the layout provided in the sourcebook.
The fields are:

• name
• tags
• hp (can include roll)
• armor
• attack (can include roll)
• attack_range (optional can just be included in attack string)
• features (optional)
• description (optional, markdown allowed)
• instinct (optional, markdown allowed, I start the string with Instinct: to make it look nicer)

Looks like github won't let me upload a JSON file so I put it in a zip. If people would prefer I can just copy and paste the raw JSON in a comment instead.

I made a character sheet for Dungeons & Dragons 5e. It doesn't look as good as the D&D Beyond character sheet, but it's convenient to have it directly in Obsidian. The skills table is far too many values for one table. If vertical tables were possible in this plugin, it would look far better. Love this character sheet. Probably the first I've seen for obsidian. Is there a way I can get the empty statblock that I can use to make multiple characters? I don't know if there is a way to do this in the plugin, but if there is and you can direct me to that would be perfect too!

I've attempted to create a Custom Layout for the SWADE system for both a PC (implemented) and for Extras (not implemented). Inside the .zip file is a README, CHANGELOG, the JSON template, and the example image. The README will contain the YAML schema for the statblock.

Current issues:

• traits that are in an Inline Group do not seem to render properly.
  • I'm sure it's something with how I have the blocks nested.
• No CSS to color things properly.

So, the traits block doesn't seem it works in an Inline Group. This may be a bug/issue. So, for dynamically generated sections that use trait these need to be their own Group that is not nested in an Inline Group.

Bumped to v1.1.0 because all elements are showing, just not in the columns I want them in. However, this gets a rough sheet working that could be used for both PC's and Extras.

This should work for unnatural entities your players might encounter. There aren't a lot of pretty options for rolling d100s for these stats that I can think of, so I opted to mark as much of the layout for markdown instead.

I created a layout for Cyberpunk Red.

I wanted a statblock that would roll Skill Check for Players and NPCs. So each skill has a dice roll to the right that does a "STAT + Skill + 1d10" roll specific for that skill.

In the statblock each skill has a value. They are all conditional so if there are any skills that you don't want displayed just remove the skill and the skill_check values.

Example: The Library Search Skills is represented by library_search . If you want Library Search displayed fill in the skill value library_search: 7. If you didn't want the Library Search Skill displayed then remove `library_search: from the statblock.

I've added a Death Save roll next to the Death Save value. Since the Death Save value is just the BODY STAT it is automatically generated from the body value in the statblock.

I haven't done any CSS or color customization. Any help with that would be appreciated.

Let me know if you have any questions or ideas for improvements.
