Aphrodite-ize the episode cards

I've been working on this for a while and it's getting close. If someone wants to pick it up and finish it that'd be awesome. I think that all that's left is to do the calendar.js file. The current styles for this file live here.

The real challenge here is that aphrodite doesn't officially support descendant selection of pseudo-states like we're doing here (more info here). We could probably employ the current workaround for now and I'll come back later to clean it up when that's properly supported.

If anyone wants to pick this up, I'd be much obliged :D
