Plot multiple celltypes or genes in a single slice

Hi,

I am trying to plot expression of multiple genes or probability of multiple celltypes in a single slice, as provided by celllocation.

Any suggestions if we want to plot similar images by ST.FeaturePlot or FeatureOverlay？

Hi Quanc,

I'm working on a new package (which is not yet public) which will be an include quite a few new features. I will try to include this type of visualization as an option ;-) So keep an eye out for that. I will post a link in this repo once it's made public.
Btw, have your tried HSVOverlay? It can be used to achieve something similar.
