Clean up devise/shared/_links.erb

Change the urls to /sign_in and /register (from /users/sign_in and /users/sign_up).

Also, style and layout the links more appropriately – perhaps using Foundation's vertical nav for the "sign in as" options (see http://foundation.zurb.com/docs/navigation.php).
