It seems RazorLight has been abandoned and its dependencies are getting out of date. Have you considered forking RazorLight and getting the dependencies up to snuff? For example it contains a reference to Newtonsoft.Json 13.0.1 which was published in March 2021.

For .NET 8 and later RazorLight can probably be abandoned entirely because ASP.NET Core 8 has introduced a build in way to render Razor components outside of the framework: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/blazor/components/render-components-outside-of-aspnetcore?view=aspnetcore-8.0&preserve-view=true
