Wrap-up of Java 11 and build infrastructure changes for Milestone 1.0

• Context help link to Online Help does not work, throws NullPointerException #153

If you have not started JCrypTool for some time, deleting this directory could prevent "uninteresting" problems: <your user directory>/Documents/.jcryptool (it may be hidden by default in your file manager)

It is especially interesting whether this version starts on OSX. Please try to observe that JCT executes normally and give feedback :)

From weekly build 2020/02/29 on, the weekly builds ship the changes that are discussed in this issue. The changes have already been tested on unofficial releases for some time. If no new issues related to these changes surface in the next weeks, this issue can be closed for good :)
