Enhancement request: filter visible tags #8

Most of my cards have many tags, all with long names due to the use of hierarchical tags. Would it be possible to have a setting to only display certain tags? Or perhaps filter out tags of a certain parent tag?

For instance, I do not want to see any tags under the parent tag #AK_Step1::#FirstAid
