mise install rust failed on windows

run mise install rust@stable, and rustup-init.exe just a shell script file

Can you provide some more details about your system (ideally mise doctor output)?

I was able to replicate this on a Windows 11 VM. Since https://sh.rustup.rs is referring to a shell script and not an EXE we might have to use the URL https://win.rustup.rs for Windows.
