I had a couple of ideas for how we can make task output cleaner. These names are working titles.

  • "replacing" - this would work like mise install where it shows the last stdout out line replacing itself so it doesn't spill out. stderr would display above.
  • "lengthy" - same as above but it would keep lines on the screen if they're displayed for more than 100ms.
