Even if you proceed by setting GIT_TOKEN arbitrarily, set "https://github.com" as a constant in "https://github.com/jenkins-x/lighthouse/blob/v1.5.10/pkg/keeper/githubapp/github_app_ctrl.go#L45" , so you can't use it on github enterprise.
