Feature Request

Sometimes we need rebuild PR, for example when target branch is changed.
In general pipeline we use "Generic Webhook Trigger Plugin" and write in PR comment word "retry".

Would like to a see a feature like this as well. Similar to https://plugins.jenkins.io/github-pr-comment-build/

Bitbucket does publish pullrequest comment events, so it should be feasible.
