Update cloud-stats dependency version

Hi,

Would it be possible to update the cloud-stats dependency version in plugin/pom.xml ?

For information, the latest release 377.vd8a_6c953e98e requires JDK17.

It may help to solve the issue:

I am not sure but the obsolete version track would be eliminated.
