blank_line rule grouping

Is it possible to make a new group for blank lines? I don't like the blank line insertion of various cases, such as architecture, case, if, and disabling each is not trivial.
Therefore, disable them all with a group statement is highly desirable.

Also I would like to have a default, configuration file, probably at $home, to modify rules without adding -c.

Yeah, there was a whole discussion thread on have a default configuration. I don't think we really landed on a good solution so we decided to not implemented a default configuration. I can find the thread if you are interested in the dicussion.

If you implemented a style then you could call the default configuration using the --style option. This would provide a central location to publish in internal style that others could use.
