Usability improvements:
* Improved warning message in web application when daemon has stopped communicating

* In find_subdirectories_at_level replace db lookup with walking tree in memory

Fixes:
* Fixed radial view in Firefox 2.0.0.3. Fixes ticket #143.
* Timestamps are aware of timezones. Fixes ticket #158.
* Fixed daemon crash when encountering a file with a name that doesn't encode into unicode.
* Improved database migrations to not break under ActiveRecord model changes. Fixes ticket #151.

* Fixed caching bug that would arise if daemon is interrupted in initial indexing pass.
