SAML login not working for netbox RO instance

Hi
I am facing an issue when migrating from LDAP to SAML for netbox RO instance pointed to RO DB.
For LDAP, Session_file_path and SESSION_COOKIE_NAME configuration works well, what will be the configuration change for SAML ?
I am getting the below error when login with saml, with maintenance mode set to TRUE, Session_file_path and SESSION_COOKIE_NAME
""NetBox is currently operating in maintenance mode and is unable to perform write operations. Please try again later.""
Does any one faced similar issues and any recommendations?
