Consider making Tierdom reusable by others

For the longest time I postponed this project because I immediately wanted to make it a (re)usable by others. But you've gotta get started somewhere, plus I don't know if there's legitimate interest for others to have something like this. So for now, the project is Open Source, but proprietary.

I'm happy to somehow make it reusable, which would include a technical part as well as a licensing part. But until I do so... let's see if there's interest at all? Chip in on this issue if you are really interested in something like that.
