I've found a workaround that fixed this for me. If you create your own theme and just copy ALL the content from the seti-ui theme into your new custom theme it should work |
My problem with this was I had an outdated version of atom. I updated atom to the latest version, and then everything started working again. |

I dont know if this is a bug or not, I use the theme "seti-ui" at the same time. I don't sure if it's about it.If there is a fix please let me know.
